Conditions for using the Cresveil website and any future public release. Updated October 11, 2026.

1. Independent project

Cresveil is independent software, not made by, affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by Microsoft, Mojang Studios, or Minecraft.

2. Game license

Cresveil does not sell or grant a Minecraft license. Users are responsible for maintaining any applicable Minecraft entitlement and complying with the official Minecraft End User License Agreement and Microsoft terms.

3. Account access

Official Microsoft sign-in, Minecraft Services, multiplayer, and other online functionality require applicable authorization and valid account rights. Local development accounts do not create game entitlements and may have limited functionality.

4. Third-party content

Mods, loaders, and other third-party content are provided by their respective authors under their own licenses. Users should review requested mod changes, licenses, and potential compatibility concerns.

5. Software availability

Features, availability, supported versions, and compatibility may change during development. Keep backups of worlds, profiles, and important files before testing pre-release software.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Cresveil to obtain unauthorized access to another person's account, distribute malicious content, interfere with services, or violate applicable law or third-party terms.

7. Contact

Publisher identification, applicable legal jurisdiction, and a functioning support contact must be confirmed before a public release. Current project information is available from the support page.
